Thì Thầm Terms of Use

Thì Thầm ("the app") is provided by ITGRATE VIETNAM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (CÔNG TY TNHH ITGRATE VIỆT NAM, tax code 0316879820, 37 Hoàng Diệu, Xóm Chiếu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, "we"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you got it from (Google Play or the App Store). You may not resell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law or the open-source license of a component allows it.

AI models and results

• The app uses AI models (PhoWhisper and Qwen2.5) that run on your device. They are downloaded from Hugging Face under their authors' licenses, listed in Settings › Open-source licenses.
• Transcripts and AI edits can be wrong, incomplete or change what you meant. Check the text before you send or rely on it, especially for medical, legal, financial or safety matters.
• The text you create is yours. We do not receive or store it.

Lawful use

You are responsible for what you record and what you insert into other apps. Do not use the app to record other people without the consent the law where you are requires, or for any unlawful purpose.

Privacy

The privacy policy (in the app under Settings › Privacy policy) explains how the app handles data. In short: audio and text are processed on your device and never sent anywhere.

Purchases

If the app or in-app content is paid, Google Play or the App Store handles payment and refunds under its own policies.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is". We do not promise that it is error-free, always available or fit for every purpose. Model downloads depend on Hugging Face and your connection.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits consumer rights that the law where you live does not allow us to exclude.

App Store terms

If you got the app from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to maintain, support or warrant the app and is not responsible for claims about it. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and not on any U.S. Government list of restricted parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Disputes go to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City, unless the consumer protection law where you live lets you bring a claim there.
